As we celebrate International Women’s Day, we are delighted to announce that Look Ahead’s gender pay gap is now 0%. I’m really proud that we’ve got here. For me, this achievement is a testament to Look Ahead’s dedication and commitment to creating a diverse, inclusive, and flexible workplace, with equal pay and opportunities for all our staff, regardless of gender or background.
